Unlike many other domain name registration businesses, we are a party to the sales transaction because we own the domain name registrations published and offered for sale on our web site. In accordance with our business policies described below, we, as the seller, use good faith efforts to screen the domain name registrations we sell to our Users.

We believe in actively promoting positive web citizenship while simultaneously pursuing our business goal of becoming one of the largest sellers of premium domain name registrations on the web. Accordingly, we do not participate in unacceptable or questionable web business practices, and we abide by the following business policies:

1. No Famous Marks

We do not knowingly sell on our web site registrations for the names of celebrities, deceased or alive, famous brand names or other famous marks. Rather, we use good faith efforts to avoid adding to our inventory any registrations for terms we believe to be well-known.

2. No Domain Name Registrations Consisting of Existing Trademarks or Obvious Personal Names

3. No Profit from Expired Domain Name Registrations

We do not intend to profit from the sale of domain name registrations whose non-renewal or expiration was, in our estimation, likely inadvertent. If you were the owner of a domain name registration that you overlooked renewing in a timely fashion within the past three months, and you see that name on our web site, please contact us immediately and we will allow you to purchase the domain name registration for a nominal fee to cover our costs. Please understand that we will require evidence of your prior ownership in order to extend to you this special offer.

4. No Spamming

We hate SPAM as much as you do! We do not send SPAM email from exclusivedomains.com, or from any of the domains that we have for sale. All of our listed domains are parked on the registrar’s servers with no hosting or email activity associated with them. Any spam email message appearing to come from any of our domains is being spoofed. If you think that you have received a spoofed spam email message appearing to come from any of our domains, please send us an email and let us know.

5. We Keep Your Personal Information Private

Please be assured that we take the privacy of our Users very seriously. Quite simply, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose to any third parties any personally identifiable information you or other Users may elect to provide us.
